Summary Of Insurance
Value Of Prize – Up to £30,000
The value of the prize stated on the schedule is the amount we will pay out should
someone hit a Hole-In-One.
Equipment / Ball
Only the equipment/ball defined in the Royal & Ancient rule book
may be used to participate in the Hole-In-One event(s).
Yardage
The hole will be measured from teeing ground to the centre of the green,
and shall be not less than the specified yardage (or meters) in the schedule.
Shot
Only one shot per player at the stipulated hole is permitted. The number of shots
for the whole event is nominated in the schedule. No practice shots are permitted.
Eligibiltiy
An insured Hole-In-One can only be achieved by an officially registered competitor.
Tour professionals are not eligible.
The Hole
The insured must designate a hole which will be stated on the schedule. Should the
insured wish to change the hole prior to the event they must get prior consent from
Golf Care who will issue a new schedule once any additional
premium has been paid.
The Ball
In the event of a Hole-In-One being holed, the competitor shall not remove the
ball from the hole. The Golf Care appointed witness shall remove the ball, and
the competitor shall allow the ball to be retained by the witness
for inspection.
