You can be as creative as you like, as long as it is a legitimate prize

Can you have one policy with a quote from the men's tee
and ladies tee?
No, you must put in the shortest distance on the day for your quotation.
Do we need an adjudicator or witness?
Yes, your Hole In One event must have a witness that is appointed by you
and must be present for all competition shots that are undertaken, the witness
must be non-participants in the event, age 21 or over, of good moral character,
appointed by the Insured and accepted and stated on the Insurance Schedule.
If someone wins how do they claim for their prize?
The person taking out the insurance policy will make the claim on the winners behalf.
How can I pay for the insurance?
We accept all major credit cards except American Express, BACS payments
Can I use the insurance to part pay for a prize?
Yes, the prize value may exceed the insured amount but you must
tell us on the application form.
If two people hit hole-in-one's do they get a prize each?
Yes if you have selected to re-instate the insurance.
For a small additional fee we can cover you for multiple
winners but you must have selected cover re-instatement.
Can you cover competitions abroad?
Yes, our insurance is for UK residents only but we can insure events abroad.
What is the shortest hole you can insure?
The hole must be at least 135 yards long.
Can I change the hole once I have taken out a policy?
Yes, but you must call our Customer Service Team on 0800 515 5515 to make them aware of the new details,
we will not charge you for this amendment but there may be additional premium due should the risk increase.
Can professional golfers win the prize?
No, the prizes are for amateur golfers only.
