Product Development Manager

Charlotte is a Product Development Manager at Golf Care and has worked across the Ripe Group brands for more than 14 years. Responsible for the development of all insurance products, she brings extensive experience in researching customer needs and turning those findings into specialist cover.

For Golf Care, her work involves collaborating with underwriting, pricing and customer-facing teams to develop and review products. Across the wider Ripe portfolio, Charlotte has led 17 products from initial concept to launch and overseen numerous updates to existing policies.
